Refund policy

Exchange Policy:

Due to the unique and limited nature of our items, we only offer exchanges or store credit. Please contact us within 14 days upon delivery if the items you received are incorrect, faulty, damaged or the incorrect size

To initiate a return or exchange, please reply to your order confirmation or login to your customer account. All returns and exchanges are subject to approval.

All items returned must be unworn and unwashed. Hosiery, swimwear and underwear are not eligible for exchange or store credit for sanitary purposes. These items are final sale.

You can exchange for the same item ordered, exchange for a different item of the same value, or for store credit of the same value. 

Shipping Fees: 

When initiating a return/exchange, you are responsible for any shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation: 

If you wish to cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email us at shoptrashgirl@gmail.com. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours to get a full refund, orders past this window are eligible for store credit only. 

We do not refund or issue store credit for lost or stolen packages. Stolen packages are out of our control. If you suspect your order has been stolen or lost, please email us at shoptrashgirl@gmail.com for assistance with a stolen package claim and/or a police report.

Returned Packages: If your package gets returned to us and we do not hear back from you within 10 days, your order will be cancelled and returned to stock. Returned packages are eligible for store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
