Shipping Details
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Tracking is sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. You can also track your order through your customer account.
For US residents: Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-7 days.
For International residents: Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 7-45 days.
Please double check that your address and delivery instructions are accurate before and after purchase to avoid any delays in shipping.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 1-2 weeks from the date of the order to complete and ship. Made to order wait times often fluctuate and vary depending on how many orders we receive. Sometimes, orders can take 4-6 weeks to complete, especially if there is an influx of orders like during sales or holidays.
Please allow a grace period of 4 weeks for your order to ship; most of the time, it's much sooner than that. Pre-order ship times vary greatly; please review the description of the product carefully for in-depth shipping schedules.
During holidays or sales processing time varies greatly; please allow extra processing time during busy periods.
International Shipping
We ship everywhere! International shipping rates are available at checkout.
Customs fees and duties are covered by the buyer, we are not responsible for customs charges. Please make sure all of your information is correct when placing an international order.
Please note that USPS First Class International is the cheapest international shipping method I can offer, it does not include package insurance. If you'd like your international order to be insured in the event your package is lost or damaged; please use another method at checkout.
International Orders
trashgirl is based out of the United States. International orders are subject to customs fees and duties. Import fees are not included at checkout, we are not responsible for any import charges.
If you are ordering abroad, your package will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery once received by customs. This can be tracked in your customer account or through the tracking link sent to your phone number or email provided at checkout.
It is very common for international packages to be returned due to address errors. Please confirm all address details are accurate before placing your order.
Lost Packages
Under no circumstances are refunds or store credit given for packages marked delivered by your local postal company. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us at shoptrashgirl@gmail.com for assistance with lost or damaged packages.
Be sure to check your shipping address before and after purchase. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages or incorrectly delivered packages due to wrong address or incorrect delivery instructions.

Returned Packages
If your package gets returned to us(Return To Sender); we will contact you upon delivery to get any updated delivery instructions or for an address change.
If we do not hear back from you within 5 days; we will return the product(s) to our stock and issue a refund or store credit for the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable or transferable.
Please keep in mind that you may be responsible for new shipping charges if your package gets returned to us.
Stolen Packages
Under no circumstances are refunds or store credit given for packages marked delivered by your local postal company. Stolen packages are out of our control. If you suspect your order has been stolen, please email us at shoptrashgirl@gmail.com for assistance with a stolen package claim and/or a police report.
